Hi, guys! Welcome to my blog!

In this blog, I used to share my Korean low-FODMAP recipe videos (from my YouTube) with some detailed explanations by late 2020.

However, in 2021, I changed the format of my videos from a single recipe to a vlog where I share my healthy meal ideas (in a more casual way and what I eat daily), good grocery finds, and a glimpse of my life in Seattle with my lovely cats.

I loved posting here; however, as a non-native English speaker, it was quite hard to manage two different platforms in English, which is why I paused posting here.

But I always had this blog on my mind. So, I came up with an idea! I’ll update the list of my recipe videos on this page whenever I post my new vlog on YouTube. Then, I think you can find your desired recipe more easily on weekly basis. 🙂 If you don’t want to wade through the vlog, no worries! I always create timestamp for every recipe so you can jump directly to the recipe that you need!

Also, I’d like to let you know that I have an IG page (@theslowfodmap) where I share my everyday meals. I hope we can keep in touch wherever you’re comfortable, either on YouTube or IG!
